The studio is  facing the mediterranean sea and has a private balcony to enjoy the the view and the breeze. All the windows are blue painted as the typical Mediterranean Island Houses

An artistic panel with unique and hand-made ceramic tiles with an organic white and blue pattern inspired by Ellswoth Kelly shape is the background of the scenery inside the loft and recreate a virtual calm waves movement.

You will have access to an amazing bright white big terrace with a spectacular wide sea view and paved with local lime stone. 
The Terrace has the size of a small plaza and has the same atmosphere of a typical "piazzetta" facing the sea. it is shared with the small studio in the same property and you will have a dedicated area for you with your private table and deck chairs.

The lime stone from Modica is the same used in the near by castle and is a virtual extension of the "Forte San Giovannello" pedestrian path.
Additional to the amazing view and location you will find an open air shower marked by a giant red circle (indicating the direction of the sunrise) and is the perfect place for a relax sun bathing in the City Center.
You will enjoy breakfast and dinners under the moon light and with the sound of the calm waves of the Mediterranean Sea.
Opposite to the pure shape of the circle a wall is covered with hand made ceramic  tiles, handcrafted in the Sicilian town of Cartagiorone

Our TERRACE is totally PRIVATE and nobody else has access except guests and is free to access for ONLY our guests. Terrace can be shared SOMETIMES with ONLY the COURTYARD APARTMENT in the same property. You will be advised if you have to share terrace during reservation process or few days before arrival.

Extra pillows, extra bed linen and extra towels on request with additional surcharge
We don't provide any beach umbrella or beach towels
For your own security there is a CCTV camera on the terrace
Shuttle services  to and from Catania airport with additional surcharge.

We will help you during your stay, but unfortunately we cannot be available 24/7 and you should be flexible
If you have any issue during your stay please remind you that problems may happen also at your personal home and during weekends time can be more complicate to fix it (professionals such as plumbers are not working during weekends)
