CANCELLATION POLICY - FW 2022/23

In case you cancel your reservation, because of COVID 19 restrictions, we will refund you your deposit till 6 (six) weeks before arrival.

After six weeks, we will refund your deposit for proved conditions related to COVID 19 only such as the following:

1) Restrictions from your departure country to not come to Sicily because of Covid 19

One week ( 7 days ) from your arrival we will offer a free voucher for a new reservations. In case your reservation will be from low season to high season you will have to pay the different price.
